Camping Policies & FAQs

  • Camping is for one night only - Saturday 15th June until 11am on Sunday 16th June.

  • Yes. There are limited camping spaces available so booking is essential.

  • To stay in a tent, the fee for a Camping Pass is £35 per adult and includes a pitch size of about 3M X 3M. Camping for children under 16 is £20. Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 21. A Child Camping Pass includes an additional 3M X 1.5M pitch space.

    To stay in a campervan up to 5 Meters long, the fee is £20 per adult and £10 per child under 16.

  • The campsite is family friendly and we ask that everyone behaves accordingly and that noise is kept to a minimum after midnight.

    Children under the age of 18 are the responsibility of a parent or guardian, who is over 21, at all times.  Children can not camp without a parent or guardian. Reduced price Child Camping Passes are available for kids under 16.

  • All guests will need to leave the main festival field at 8pm to enable the traders to safely pack up and leave.

    Campers will have access to the large Sangha Stage marquee as well as the Woodland Stage which has a great view of the sunset late in the evening. There will also be a staffed campfire at the camp site and a food vendor will be selling snacks and drinks in the evening and on Sunday morning.

  • Camping site check-in opens at 9am to allow you to get set up before the festival gates open at 9.45am. You may also arrive for camping at any later time if you wish, but you will need to check-in to collect your wristbands for the festival/camping.

  • Cars are not permitted on the camping site. so you will have to carry your gear a short distance from the main festival tparking area (approximately 300M)

  • Each adult camping space comes with a pitch about 3M x 3M which will have some space around it as a buffer. Each child camping pass comes with half that size. Groups can combine their space together to use how they like.

  • The facilities for camping are very basic - there will be access to the festival toilets and drinking water but not showers or washing up facilities.

  • BBQs (gas or coal) and open cooking fires are not permitted. You are welcome to bring snacks and/or use a camping stove with a small gas canister. There will be a food vendor offering snacks and drinks from 9pm to 11pm and then coffee/tea and pastries from 7:30am on Sunday.

  • There will some charging points in the Sangha Stage available after the festival has finished at 8pm as well as on Sunday morning.

  • No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted at Soul Escape

  • Please keep your valuables on your person or locked away - Soul Escape does not take any liability for lost or stolen items.
